Cave de Bissey is a group of growers established since 1928 in Bissey sous Cruchaud. This small village is located in the Côte Chalonnaise between the Maconnais region and the Côte d’Or. They are the only growers in the area to control the whole vinification process of their Crémant, from harvesting to bottling, which ensures excellent quality. The color is crystal clear with yellow-gold hints. White fruits, lemon balm, and floral notes of acacia mingle on the palate. Fine bubbles, elegant on the palate, fresh with a long finish. Ideal as an aperitif and for festive occasions, but also with seafood (fish and shellfish) and with desserts (brioche-based, biscuits, ice cream, sorbets, etc.). Thanks to its accomplished structure, the Crémant de Bourgogne can also be paired with white meat dishes and fresh cheeses, especially goat’s cheese.
