La Fleur Ribeyrolles estate is situated in Entre-Deux-Mers which sits between the two famous rivers of Bordeaux--the Garonne and the Dordogne. Here layers of river rock, sand and gravel have accumulated from the ice age. This is perfect for growing the grapes that comprise this white Bordeaux--Semillon, Sauvignon Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. Upon opening you are delighted with fresh citrus aromas. Lemon, grapefruit and oranges followed by white flowers and a subtle beeswax honey note providing depth and complexity. The wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced with bright, fresh acidity, and minerality. Vibrant and mouthwatering makes this a perfect wine for food. Seafood, soft cheese, risotto, Aisan fare and summer salads!
